In the field of Inherent Defect Insurance, we provide a package of integrated solutions, such as insurance scheme design, rate setting, claim standard setting, TIS management and related work, and the construction of information platform. In September 2017, under the exclusive entrustment of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, we developed the first IDI information management platform in China. As one of the key components of Shanghai IDI scheme, the platform undertakes the function of insurance audit, and at the same time, it collects data of underwriting, risk control and claim settlement, and serves the needs of government supervision, in order to provide the foundation of big data for the improvement of construction quality in the future. With the phased implementation of IDI projects in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and other places, we will make full use of our own advantages to further promote the improvement and development of IDI throughout the country.
